Create a Learning Experience — Not a Tour

REFLECTION
Guided discussion, presentation preparation and action planning

DOCUMENTED EXAMPLE
Kuwaiti Educational Leaders at U.S. Schools

• Leadership development • Institutional visits
OCM BOCES independently documented a KOT-arranged delegation of 27 Kuwaiti education leaders visiting Central New York. The delegation included Assistant Undersecretary Fatma Al-Kandari of Kuwait’s Ministry of Education. The article described the group’s questions about hands-on learning, college credit and preparing students for life after school.

Learn. Visit. Reflect. Adapt.

WHY THIS MATTERS
KOT doesn’t simply expose leaders to new ideas. We help them understand what can be adapted to their own institutions, cultures and communities.
The principle remains the same today.
Learn globally. Understand locally. Build what works.
Good ideas travel. Good solutions adapt.
