WHO WE ARE

Vision:
Educational systems that respond to the needs of the community

Mission:

King of Training (KOT) is committed to becoming the leading educational trainer by developing educational stakeholders who will support students who will become future global leaders.  KOT will pioneer this initiative by providing innovating training and consulting services that will lead to the development of citizens who are prepared to effectively engage the opportunities and responsibilities of the 21st century and develop productive leaders for our global society.  Teachers will shift from giving students information to helping students discover the relationships between the big ideas and key details that make up lessons, units, and disciplines. KOT assists educational stakeholders in developing and refining formalized learning standards for all levels of the k12 educational continuum.  The standards are designed to be robust and relevant to the real world, reflecting the knowledge and skills that our young people need for success in college and careers. With many American students fully prepared for the future, our communities will be best positioned to compete successfully in the global economy.
